Why We Created Our Maintenance Services
This service was born from our own real-life needs—the kind that no cleaning service or babysitter could truly solve.
There came a point where we realized: we were outsourcing time with our kids just to keep up with the house. And something about that felt… off. So, we flipped it.
Instead of hiring someone to entertain the kids while we cleaned, we imagined what it would look like to hand off the maintenance itself—to someone who already understood our homes, our habits, and how we function best.
That’s what our Maintenance Services are all about: giving you your time back.

TIDY/ RESET SERVICES
Room resets: putting items back in place, pillows fluffed, counters cleared
Pantry, fridge, and bathroom touch-ups: straightening, adjusting labels, inventory restocks.
Toy + playroom resets
Folding and putting away laundry (with quick closet organization as needed)
Packing and Unpacking for trips
Entryway + mudroom decluttering
Restocking essentials: soap, paper towels, TP, etc.
Unloading and putting away dishes
Expired food removal + light fridge cleaning
Grocery put-away (after delivery or pickup)
Watering plants (according to your preferences)

HOW IT WORKS
Maintenance visits can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed.
Your first visit is “done with you,” so we can learn your home, routines, and family systems. From there, we transition to “done for you”—with the same trusted team member returning for consistency and care.
Each visit includes a customizable checklist, so we always focus on what matters most to you that day.
Cost: $50/Hour
4- Hour Minimum
Additional mileage fees apply for 20+ mile drives as well as offsite errands such as donation or return drop-offs.

The important part is that your home IS organized. You just need help with upkeep. For new clients, we are happy to do a discovery call and consultation to ensure your home is right for this service, without a need for a full-team organizing project first.

Think of this service as the “cleaning for the cleaners” service. For those like us who spend 4 or more hours cleaning… to get help with cleaning. While this service is tidying and not necessarily vacuuming, mopping and all the other cleaning tasks, we do have the capabilities on our team to pair the two services for you.

Yes! We will make our best effort to pair you with the same team member consistently and will reach out if there are any issues in scheduling due to vacations or sick days. This will allow you to continue with another qualified team member or shift your date.

We would like you to do ZERO prep for our arrival. This service is meant to help you, exactly as life is in the moment.
However, if you would like errand assistance, ordering groceries ahead or initiating returns online could be helpful.
