  • Not at all! Our services are completely customizable. Whether you need help with just decluttering and packing or want full-service support through unpacking and organizing, we’ll build a plan that fits your needs.

  • Yes—and many of our clients are! After we’ve aligned on your preferences and completed your editing session, our team can manage the rest while you’re away. We’ll coordinate with movers, oversee setup, and have your home unpacked and organized before you return.

  • Movers transport your belongings. We manage the entire experience—from what goes in those boxes, to how and where it’s unpacked. We offer planning, oversight, and customized organization so that when the move is done, your home is actually ready to live in.

  • Yes. We support all kinds of life transitions, including downsizing, empty nesting, or helping a loved one relocate. Our approach is always respectful, discreet, and tailored to each unique situation.

  • We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your move, especially during peak seasons. This gives us time to plan, declutter, and source any products or vendors needed to make your transition smooth.

  • Absolutely. We can loop in trusted vendors and coordinate home setup tasks as part of your move-in plan. From furniture placement to utility reminders, we’re here to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. description

  • We handle donation drop-offs and trash removal so you don’t have to deal with what’s left behind. For eligible items, we also coordinate with our donation partners to give your things a meaningful second life.

  • Yes—we love to travel for our clients! Whether you’re relocating within Tennessee or across state lines, we’re available for out-of-town moves. Travel fees do apply and are based on distance and project scope, but we’ll include all of that in your custom proposal.

  • Absolutely—but with a little caveat. While we’re happy to jump in for unpacking-only services, we strongly believe in the power of the editing process before a move. Without that step, we may be organizing items you no longer want or need, which adds time and cost later. If you didn’t get a chance to edit before the move, we recommend being present during unpacking so we can help you make quick, informed decisions as we go. That way, your systems are built around what actually serves you—and not just what came out of the box.
